The Trial: Act 2, Scene 5 (The death of K)
Composed as a part of the 2019 Vita Tzykun Charrette at UMKC. This is new music that I wrote to Christopher Hampton's libretto for 'The Trial,' based off of the book by Franz Kofka. It's an attempt to show the tension leading up to K's death in the final scene. The piano sounds represent the singers' vocal parts. (written in protools with midi and arranged using EastWest orchestral sounds.) |
Modular V Project
This was composed as a part of a study of modular synthesizers including the likes of early Moog and Buchla synths. This pieces was written and performed on the Arturia Modular V digital instrument into ProTools. |
Compositions from The Insubordiantes
The Insubordinates was a devised theatre piece that required a mix of pulled and newly composed musical material. |
Ding Dong Bell
"This is an original melody that I write and arranged to the "Ding Dong" libretto from Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice. The synth melody represents the sung text." |
